Fast Food

Eating fast food burgers
always makes me happy
and then immediately sad.
Sad in a physical, palpable,
heart-wrenching way.
Like when your grandmother died.
Your grandmother died
one delicious bite at a time.

just like when you read a magazine you really like n' it doesn't give you-meat n' taterz -it gives you a snack!!!
